After the female in a monogamous relationship is tested and treated for HPV, can the male partner transfer it back to her through un-protected sex?

No. Your body is aware of the virus and does not contract it again. You both have it and you were treated to get rid of the cells. There are over 100 different strands of HPV and your body sort of becomes immune to the strand(s) you have so it fights off the cells, but you and your partner will always have hpv.
