I'm currently on Yaz, for about a year now, and for the last 6 months I've noticed that my sex drive has been very low and I have a hard time having an orgasm when we do have sex. Low sex drive was the only problem I had on Desogen. I quit it after only a month because of this. You may have a different reaction to it, though, because every woman's chemistry is different. As for the mood swings, birth control pills deplete many of the B vitamins. You could try taking a B complex vitamin every day and see if it helps you. It should help put back what's being lost and help you feel better. It worked great for me when I was on the pill.
