I read something on the internet that if you use hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash for about 10 minutes a day, it will help whiten your teeth. So i was wondering if anyone can tell me if that is true or not and if it is dangerous to your health.

I use it and love it. It doesn't taste the greatest but it works wonders. I use Crest. It makes your mouth tingle:). And it really cleans the tongue well.
