I guess it's not in the nail because if it was then as the nail grows it wouldve moved. But this dark dried blood spot under the nail.. just stays there and i dont know what to do about it.
Doesnt hurt, and it's not spreading or anything. It's just there
It happened because one day i wore shoes that were kind of tight on my right foot and did some long distance run along the streets of my town.
Do i have to go to the docotor for this OR is this just gonna stay like this forever?

If the spot of dried blood is big enough, you may have damaged the nail enough that a new one is growing in underneath. I had a couple of nail injuries in my life, and both times, it was a few months before a nail started growing in underneath and the damaged nail with the dried blood under it popped off on its own.
