I get yeast infections constantly it seems. What can I do? I am going to try the 7 day monistat treatment because my OBGYN told me to. I will see if that works, but if it doesn't, what should I do? I try my best to steer clear of sugars and lots of carbohydrates. Does anyone have any other advice for me? I am getting worried.

You can try probiotics along with your treatment (found in vitamin/supplement shops, as well as drug stores), and be sure to eat yogurt as well.
