I started back on Yaz but I think I started it at the wrong time and messed my hormones up. How long will it take for my hormones to balance out?

What do you mean by the wrong time? If you mean the wrong time of day then you will be protected after a few days. If you mean the wrong time of your cycle, give it about a month for your cycle to fix itself.
