I have a dental implant that is in a bad positoin and I'm now trying to have it removed so I can do orthodontic realignment. My question is how much would I be chaged to have the implant removed (trephined) out?

Secondly, I've been told I have a "maxillary cant". What is this, what causes it, and how is it fixed?
