Hello, I am 28 male, healthy. I broke both my wrists when I was about 12 years of age. During the last few years I have been waking up a few times everynight with my wrists tingling, numb, etc. I shake them and it goes away.
I have no pain or any tingling during the day. Any suggestions?

I work out everyday and lift weights. I have started to due wrists exercsie with weights. Is that encouraged, discouraged?

Thanks!

Wear wrist splints at night to sleep only that should help.
If you are not experiencing any symptoms after your work out, then you should be ok. However, if you are, then back off and let the wrists recover from strain.
