Ive had gas ,with rumbling and bubbling for a long time
now it is kinda tight in the upper tummy then goes all day with sounds,bubbles,gurgling all day
i start to pass gas nightly and morning
any thought of help?
i also notice i have kinda a white film on tongue

With the white tongue and alot of gas --- it usually is the symptoms of a yeast/candida infection --- the good friend intestinal bacteria is out of balance and they need to be rebalance.

An anti-yeast diet, killing off some of the unfriendly bacteria and taking probiotic supplements -- I think would cure you.
Yeast thrive on sugar and that includes simple carbohydrates-- so that has to be greatly reduced. Eating a good brand of yogurt that has may active friendly cultures strains may help.
