I think I have gastritis. I have been having heartburn for about two months now. I have terrible bloating, no real appitite, nausuas, burning in my chest and stomach, and my stomach feels tender to the touch. I was on prevacid for about a month and it seemed to help, but I ran out of prevacid, and I dont have anymore money to see the doctor or get more meds. my burning and tenderness has come back, and I dont know what else to do. Is it possible this can go away on its own??

The symptoms you mention can be caused by many disorders that need medical attention that can for proper diagnosis and treatment.
I don't think they will just go away??

If Prevacid helped then a similar and cheaper over the counter proton pump inhibitor may also help -- Prilosec may help and you can buy a 42 day supply for $26.
