Hello,
Ever since getting new contacts 2 weeks ago, my vision has been blurry on and off with my contacts (mostly only in my left eye). Sometimes it's blurry all day, or just for a few hours, but when I take them out and put my glasses on, I can see fine. I just had an eye exam, so my prescription is right. Plus, sometimes my vision is fine with my contacts in.
I actually threw away the contact in my left eye after a week because I thought there was something wrong with it, and put a new one in, but the same thing is happening with this one. Is there something wrong with the contacts themselves? Do I maybe have dry eye that makes my eye blurry? Can I try eye drops or something to see if that helps?

Not sure if your problem is somewhat similar to mine, but I'd suggest you return to eye doc ASAP. I am in the middle of a nightmare, part of which started this way. I will be posting later for opinions/comments on my situation, but wanted to respond to you immediately when I saw your post. Please call your eyecare provider, this may be nothing, but could be beginning of something serious. Please let us know how you do with this.

Still trying to work this out - problem was apparently caused my multiple problems. 1. found small bumps/growths on underside on my eyelids, treating with drops, 2. apparently some allergy involved so treating for allergies in eyes too, 3. eyes very dry, so treating for this, 4. problems with contact themselves - they were gp w/soft rim ( gp-hybrids) & they separated, so new pair is ordered and lab is trying to figure out what cause BOTH lens to separate, a few days apart. I have unstable corneas, so cannot have glasses made - my eyes change by the time the rx for glasses can be made, even at the 1hr labs. Only option is contacts, if this does not work, then plan to try the Paragon CRT lens, a gp lens you sleep in, then hopefully keeps corneas molded for at least a day. This option is expensive & riskly (I've been told) so I am hoping the gp-'hybrids' as they are called, will work.

Did you ever get anything resolved? Has you doc checked your eyelids for bumps and checked you for dry eye?

Let me know how its going & maybe someone else out there may have input.
