I am now near about 22 yrs old. And i ,as a computer engineer, most of the time i have to work on computer. And i also watch hi-tech or action hollywood movies and play the computer games frequently. But this gives a bad effect on me. When i go to sleep at knight, very frequently, i dream about those stories, game scene etc. And i can't sleep well. The same things happens when i am alone (most of the time i have to stay alone). Sometimes i think that as i leave in my own world. I can't stop thinking this type of thoughts. And these all things leads to my brain headeque.
Plz give me some suggestions. How long our brain should do nothing(i.e. stay ideal)per day to work properly?

I guess the best thing for you to do is come up with a way that will allow you to clear your mind. Some people use meditation, others exercise and others just keep a journal. If possible try to limit the amount of time in front of the computer, I understand this is what you do for a living but try to keep work at work and try to avoid the computer when the work day is over at least the same type of activity/programs.
