Hi Everyone,

It is worse than I thought. I don't own a scale for obvious reasons, but I did weigh myself today and I'm lower than I thought. I called a friend and am trying to work through this. I am kinda scared about this. I never thought I'd be here again.

I will be working hard on moving away from this horrilbe cycle I'm in. I actually have to cook dinner tonight so that could be a good thing. Any prayers would be great.
