hi, iam a 56 yr old female , I have osteoporosis, and other health problems, but last night i was asleep, and i've had a cold and needed to cough, when I did cough I felt this very sharp pain on the left side of my rib cage, I had the worst time tryintg to get up of bed,because my left side hurt alot, now i keep getting this same pain whenever i stand or sit and when i cough. I can twist or turn my upper body without that pain , if i sit still it doesnt hurt or when i take deep breaths, but it hurts to lay down .:confused:
