i'd definitely see a doctor about it.... but it sounds like she has a tear inside her bottom. the hard little poops might be the cause of it. i'd give her plenty of water (watered down juice if she prefers), and lots of raisins, prunes, applesauce, stuff like that.... to soften her poops so she doesn't tear more.

my daughter goes through this everytime we take a trip to my mom's house (she doesn't drink much in the car, resulting in not pooping that day, resulting in not wanting to poop the next day, resulting in constipation issues for a few days!!!) and it's such a pain!!! but it goes away within a few days of treating her with "poop softening foods." hopefully that is all it is with yours too. :)
