I think I have excess cortisol, adrenal fatigue and possibly Cushing Disease. Should I go to an Internal Medicine doctor or go to an Endocrinologist?

Who can you get in to see the quickest and who will treat you the best? My Endo was too conservative. My Internal Med Md has diagnosed, and treated my issues. Much easier to get into too.
