Hi,
Im 22 yrs old and about 3 weeks ago i couldnt sleep as my muscles kept jumping and twitching, and now its constant! And i have this feeling in just my right leg also.. like a tingling feeling all the time its driving me crazy!!. My neck also sometimes starts to feel stiff, And my left hand is always very shakey! To be honest it has got me worried! I went to see my GP and he just told me it was stress, and to be honest if i believed that then that would be great!... But now.. 3 weeks on.. and things still havent changed.. im starting to worry that maybe he was wrong i dont really have anything to be stressed over that it could cause this!
I have another appointment at the end of the month.. But in the mean time.. if anyone can help tell me what this could maybe be.... is this is just stress..:confused: then that would be great ! Thankyou !

I'm wondering if it's something you're taking--a decongestant like sudafed or and asthma drug?? I get very twitchy and jerky when I take my allergy meds and it's miserable. Be sure you list all your meds and visit with your doctor next time you see him/her. Good luck! I know the feeling you're having must be rather miserable.
