I had these same symptoms about 4 years ago and the sorta faded away. I had seen a cardiologist and it was determined that the chest pain I was experiencing was not heart related. I am currently on Atenolol for HBP and also Diltazem for irregular heartbeat. This past weekend the chest pain, arm pain and tightness in my neck came back following an episode of what I thought to be stomach flu. Today I started experiencing some slight tingling or numbness in my hand.

My question is has anyone experienced the numbness with any digestive disorders?
