I have been using natural progesterone cream for a couple of weeks and just started taking black cohosh and I am feeling so bloated, has this happen to anyone else could it be the progesterone cream or the black cohosh??

Progesterone cream is suppose to relieve bloating but it never did for me. I can't use it, it makes me irritable & crabby! Dr. said it can do this!

I don't use either and I am bloated. The dr said it was another gift of menopause. grrrrrrr
