Anyhow, I went to visit my family doctor for a check up and he asked me how my TMJ was doing, of course it hasn't gotten any better, although I've noticed some new things when he asked me to do a few things.

I'm not able to move my neck up or down or side to side anymore, I can only look forward, It feels like my neck is taped to (2) 2x4's on each side of my face and neck. Also, It seems I can only lay down, running/jogging/swiming or any sort of activity that forces me to move causes severe pain and discomfort that leads to tons of swelling and compelte deafness.

Is there any sort of therapy I can do to help me get my movement in my neck/body back? (For those just reading I've been wearing an upper splint for a good 5-6 months) I can't even drive my car without a car crash being a HUGE probablity.

Were you having these neck problems before the splint? If not I think the splint may be the culprit.
