It does not mean you have it. But you should definately avoid sex with her when she has outbreak. At other times, you are always taking a chance, with protection or without. Some couples go many years without spreading the virus.

Get tested and then you'll know....The what-if's can drive you crazy. Always better to know (and deal with) than not know.....Herpes is quite manageable....So Relax............-Ornament
