if i am having a break out but i am taking veltreax(the medicaen) and i have sex is i t a high possiblitly that i could spred it or a lowerer possiblety that i could spred it?

Probably just as high. You should not have sex when having an OB whether on meds or not. Meds just allow fewer, milder OB's and less shedding.
