my daughter is 17 months old i am worryed about her haveing to much salt, today she has had 3 packets of watsits i give her one packet and my other children gave her the others i have now put them up so they cant help themselfs of give her any with out my knowing, she has had a meal od dippers chips and beans which i know all probly have salt in, i am worryed that the meal and chrisps all in one day is to much, i am worryed this may affect her , you here so meny storys about babys and salt, so i am worryed, please any advive would help.

As long as you are not giving her food that is high in sodium on a regular basis, I wouldn't worry. 1 day of salty foods wont hurt. Try reading the nutrition information to look at the sodium content if you're worried.
