Hey all-
I'm wondering if this is a big concern or not, as it's a recurring theme for me.
First off, I should start by saying that I don't eat often. I'm a fairly busy woman, and for whatever reason I just don't get hungry often. When I do, I eat, but afterwards, I start getting very very bad headaches.
Generally Motrin helps my 'normal' headaches, though I do have to take 800mg of it to work, but it doesn't even touch this kind of headache I get from eating.
It is just because I don't eat enough that I am getting headaches? They're so painful!

Try keeping a journal of what you eat and drink...anything that goes in your mouth. It seems you could have found yourself a "trigger". A trigger is something that can cause or be the source rather of the headaches and migraines. Too much caffine triggers me into migraines.
