Does anyone know what type of glasses are best for people with headaches and migraines?

Me too, I am needing the same thing. I did hear from a migraine sufferer, that black lenses are best?!?!?!

My doctor recommended polarized. My migraines seem to mostly be brought on by barometric pressure changes and bright light. The sun would always mkae my vision distort badly. The sunglasses seem to help so I don't have to stay inside in the summer.
