Hi, hope you are doing well. If you don't mind, could you please tell me what all the evaluation entails? My husband's doctor is pushing for him to be evaluated. I'm not very sure my husband wants this, but seems to be resigned to just getting it over with. I'm worried about my husband getting his hopes up to be told he's not a viable candidate. Thanks.
