My 13 month old still often spits up his milk and sometimes food, should I be concerned??

She could be lactose intolerant or have acid reflux. You can see a dr about it or simply experiment and tell ur dr. Like lactose intolerant...see if she settles down with soy milk (strickly soy). acid reflux you can cut the acids in foods down. either way I would be concerned.
