Its been a year since l lost my husband he was only 37 ,he died in front of me in the early morning from heart failure l find some days very hard especially around the girls birthdays we have three girls , everything just feels very strange now without him some morning you would feel like not geeting out of bed but lhave to lhave our three girls to take care of ,routine seems to be the only way of getting through the days we went through a lot but nothing prepared me for this the pain i feel everyday lam thankful that I have my girls I would not have lasted without them . jel44
