Odd question...

I had my tonsils out March 12th. Everything went good, recovery was easy, and I am feeling great now.

Before I had my tonsils out I could sneeze anywhere, anytime and nothing every came out. It was great. Now I can't sneeze without a whole having a whole load of snot come flying out of my nose. Has anyone else had this come up after surgery? I am hoping it will go away.

I was at work the other day and I was talking to a coworker and I got the sneeze urge. I ran away mid conversation in search of a Kleenex to expell the snot into. Hah. Makes for awkward conversation.

well kitty this a bit late but yes I have noticed a difference in my sneezing as well after my tonsillectomy. Infact I have noticed a lot of things that are different after my surgery. All I can say is too make sure that you carry some tissue with you at all times, I know I have too.

Maybe now that our tonsils are gone we have a lot more airflow being diverted? You know, along the same lines of being careful when drinking so it doesn't go up your nose, lol. :D

I can't imagine sneezing right now. Today I got a fit of the yawns and ooooh the pain of the not-yawn!:D:D
