I got them done earlier today and i've never had them done before. and is it okay if I put pressure on my nails and stuff and do regular things? are they strong enough ?

Yes, you should be just fine doing normal activity. If they are put on properly they usually last me from about 2-4 weeks or untill my natural nails begin to grow out.

Yes you should be able to. I only find that glue on nails come off very easily with any pressure on them. At first I was nervous to do this with my first time getting my nails done, but it was fine! I think I had one break the first time I had acrylics, but only the tip broke. They didn't do a very good job on mine. I now get solar nails every now and then and really like them!
