I have had floaters for about 5 years now nothing more than an annoyance now I am having shadows and flashes and I made an appt tomorrow to see a dr. I am scared! I also have eye tearing on one eye and an occasional burning feeling, they come and go ... anyone have symptoms like these?

heyy !.. i know it is very scary and i have flashes and little dots moving around wen i look at solid colors .. i went to the eye doctor he said its the gel in the eye that moves around and the swooshes make the flashingg i dont think you have to worryy

Thanks Mike! Just got back and he said my eyes are fine, said it could be occular migraines , stress, eye strain from staring at a computer and gave me glasses to wear when i am on the computer which my job requires me to stare at 8 hrs a day! I am relieved my eyes are ok... thank u!!
