Hi Everybody! I am worried about a small lump in my right underarm for the last four days. It is soft and seems to be just under the skin, without pain. I have also pain in my right back, neck, arm, elbow and wrist. I can't detect any lump in my breast. Is it a symptom of breast cancer?What should I do?
