It was normal for me to go many months and even a year on and off never getting periods. Looking back at those times I can see that I was of course having an episode so to speak.

Now that I'm a bit more grounded and actually sleeping every night for the first time since I was 15, my body is back to being normal. I've noticed that I have severe symptoms of PMS which has made me recall that when I was younger and first started was when I first experienced signs of being bipolar.

So it's just a random question. I want to think that I've read somewhere before that sometimes the onset of menstruation will trigger the beginning of BP in a girl. I was curious as to if any others are the same?
