and after 120 mins it was
162 , normal range is 60-140
does this means he is diabetic and needs medication? The reason i am posting is b'coz the doctor says he does not need, but i realise that after he imbibes any carb he gets difficulty with erection.

Zuli,
In the U.S., most doctors would consider him to be in the early stages of T2 diabetes. At this stage, diet and exercise could manage this quite well. You can ask the doctor for a referral to a registered dietician or nutritionist for advice on meal planning and counting carbs. You can also do an internet search for low-carb diets, and the glycemic index. The glycemic index shows which foods are more (or less) likely to cause a spike in blood sugar.

Hi Again

got a load of information.my question is, can he use a mild diabetic tablet
or a herbal concotion to control the spike so that he can maintain the erection
or else? members who have such symptoms may share they experiences i want to make a visit to the doctor as a last resort.
regards
