My ulnar nerve pops out of cubital tuinnel when I bend my arm. It's painful, and since I'm a pianist it's becoming a huge problem. My MRI and ENG looked normal. I'm seeing some different doctors, and two have suggested surgery, but one said not everyone regains complete range of motion! I've been accepted to graduate school for the fall, and I need to get this fixed pronto. I was in physical therapy for 3 months, and wear a splint at night. This has helped some, but I'm still experiencing problems.

Has anyone had this problem? And what did you do for it?
