My 19 year old daughter had mrsa a year ago and the doc wanted to do a complete blood work up because she hadn't been feeling good for awhile. Her fbs was 125. That was the first time she had had her bs checked so don't know how long this has been going on. So 3 months later she went back and fbs was 122 and a1c was 5.9. In December she went back again and fbs was 119 with an a1c of 5.8. Doc said get more excersize and lose some weight and come back in a year. That was it. Doc never suggested a gtt didn't seem concerned at all. I'm new to this and don't know if I should be concerned or not. But my daughter is having some problems with excessive sweating, extreme fatigue, poor concentration just basically not feeling good. Don't know if I should take her to the same doc or try someone new. This doc has been her gp for years.
