Has anyone else been diagnosed with both of these disorders? I recently discovered that I have an anxiety disorder on top of ADHD and I was curious what others did to help relieve the anxiety and the symptoms of ADHD. I am trying to avoid medication but with that said is there any medication out there that relieves both?
