I've posted on here before, but I'm really suffering and need some help. I have thus-far unexplained neurological symptoms that seem to be progressing in a very short period of time. I've had spasticity in both legs, which now is to the point that one leg is about an inch shorter than the other due to the bend at my knee. The bend is nearly at 90 degrees when standing. I have significant muscle weakness and increased tone in both legs. I do PT four times a week but it is not improving, but rather getting worse. I am in constant pain in the worse affected leg especially, but in the other as well. I have hyperreflexia and a clonus, as well as hyper sensitivity to pain. Additionally, I've developed a tremor or fasciculation in my left thigh when my leg is bent but relaxed. My left leg is worse than my right. I am scared because I don't know what is causing these problems. I have several autoimmune conditions also, but none that have neurological problems associated with them. My scans have been normal so far. I haven't had an LP. Please give me some input. :(
