I have had this for a while now like a weird pressure and lightheadedness that goes away if I close my eyes. It feels like I have trouble focusing. I have had a vision test and I have contacts. My eye exam was fine. I am sick of this weird feeling. I can actually tell that is is happening as I type looking at keyboard back to screen really triggers it. Like my eyes have trouble focusing?? MD suggested going to a ophthalmologist?? Any opinions?

It might just be screen fatigue - the sort of thing that happens to many data entry staff these days. For that reason, there are labour laws in most countries regulating the amount of time people can be required to work at computer screens without a break.
