Hi,
You are not alone them are alot of symptoms of anxiety and depression. How long have you been on zoloft? it can take 4 to 6 weeks to get in your system and really work. Also if you have been on it for awhile go back and let your dr know what your symptoms are still and you may need a different anti depressent . also did they run any kind of test, blood test and such to check for any problems.

i've had a few of those symptoms and i know they are scary as hell. the main thing for me was getting the reasurrance that nothing was seriously wrong. i swore that i had a brain tumor so i pursued it until the point of getting an MRI of the brain. This helped me settle on my meds because I couldn't fear the worst. i'm not advising you to feed the fear but i found reasurrance was the best medicine. i hope you find some peace from it somehow

Hey im so sorry <YOU> have to go through this anxiety but you are not alone, I also think I got a brain tumor and its going to bust any moment, ever since i read an article in a magazine about hearts attacks and brain tumors, It bothers me every day! I'm so scared to fall asleep, last night right before i fell fully asleep i woke up in panic 2 times, it scared the living hell out of my husband! I had a major headache last night before i went to bed and i thought that my brain was going to explode. Sometimes when im driving or just sitting here doing nothing, it looks like im looking through a white hazy fog, i carry around sunglasses everywhere i go, including NIGHT. People think its because i am trying to look cool because i keep them on my head at all times, but they just dont know what im seeing! I even wear them when its dark. Sometimes it helps to wear them sometimes it dont and i never wear them at night while i am driving! I was thinking about what you had said about personality change. What kind of ways? I'm asking beacause i know i am anxious and snap at people. I'm never calm anymore, like i was was over a year ago. I used to be the most calmest person ever. I always think i am going numb in my left arm, i just pinch it so hard until it hurts i guess it just lets me know i have feeling , but please dont hurt yourself. Zoloft dont help everybody, but you do have to give it time to kick in!

are common indicators of anxiety. So is being afraid that you have a brain tumor. Actually I'm surprised so many people have these fears. I thought I was the only one going to different doctors every other week to get tested for this or that. All the doctors said I have anxiety, heh.

I don't know what you mean by head movements or visual changes. What kind? <IN MY OPINION> I had no visual changes, but it could be because I've had anxiety since I was a child, and this is my baseline. Things "look" different now, on meds, but it's likely just due to the fact that Zoloft dilates my pupils.

Shaking is probably due to restlessness, which anxiety causes.
