I had hy pylori two yearsd ago and had triple therapy and then quadruple to get rid of it. I now think I have the same symptoms, bloated, feeling sick, going toilet more often, stomach gurling, indigestion. Could it be this horrible hy pylori yet again.

I had triple anti-biotics (sp?) to get rid of h pylori 2 years ago as well. Just yesterday my doctor told me there is a chance it could still be there, (although I don't have the symptoms) and directed me to do a breath test. I will find out soon!

Yes, that awful bacteria can return. It can also cause stomach polyps when it returns. This has to be monitored by a gastro doctor with yearly endoscopy. Chance of stomach cancer increases by having h pylori.
