really need some help on this forum with regards to an incidence of sexual indiscretion i was party to a couple of days ago...

I'm a guy of Indian origin, 27 years of age....& this incident involves a 23 year old female sex worker from Russia...

We indulged in foreplay, touching & kissing, after which she performed oral sex on me...(i was the insertive receptive partner)...

Before she performed the Oral, i had put on a condom. After about 5 - 7 minutes of that, i was well endowed & then she put on another condom & continued the Oral sex...Inbetween the rounds of Oral sex....in different positions i fondled various parts of her body, including her groin region....Now, she had a very neat & well maintained Body & even her groin region was clean & dry & there were no signs of her having cumm or any oozzing on her part...( I did not touch her vagina or vaginal opening per se, but all the areas around it which could have had some fluids, if not visible but dried up maybe..what's the risk from this??)

After we were done with the Oral, she took off the condoms & I carried out a manual stimulation of my penis with my hands till i came.....

Now here are the things i'm concerned about.

1. Just after the Oral, & after the condoms were removed i wiped my penis with my t-shirt & had handled my penis for stimulation....Now as i said there were no signs of any vaginal fluids or Blood or any fluid of any kind near her groin area (to the naked eye) when i had touched & felt her....but if there was any....would it have posed a risk when i used the same hand & fingers to stimulate myself & handled my penis????? coz i'm sure the my fingers were pretty close to the head of my penis & it's aperture when i had carried out the stimulation.

2. There was certainly her saliva on my hand when i had handled my penis, would that pose a risk of infection.....?????

3. I did not see any blood from her mouth or any on my hands or penis after the incident to the naked eye...but no idea if there was any dried remnants of her vaginal fluids or blood....the room was not very highly lit up..

Now i do not know her status......if she weren't HIV ve+ i know i have nothing to worry...

But if she were, & no female sex worker is gonna tell if she is...atleast before her deal is done......where do you think i stand....???

So do you see any cause of concern even if there was any vaginal fluid in her groin area...which would have come onto my hands when i had fondled her, coz all i could see was sweat.....& sweat isn't infectious right ??????

I also want to mention that i had also kissed the girl near hear pubic region..again not the vagina or the opening exactly but the areas around it....but this wouldn't change your analysis of my case would it ??? I'm worried, coz my lips were a bit dry, but there weren't any large cuts or bleeding cuts....

I never indulge in vaginal or anal sex during my encounters......so all i did this time as well was Oral sex...

My earlier incidents were 8 months before this one & i have tested at the correct time frame for those & have been given a negative result...

Please advise.....

Thank you for your reply smiteler, it feels good to hear that...

But then what about the symptoms of nausea, loose stools, headaches & pimpular rash on my mouth i'm experiencing. All these symptoms are listed in ARS symptoms that intected individuals experience..

Also have developed angular stomatitis on the left side of my mouth...now it's 3 days post exposure...

I've mentioned everything i remember from the incident.....i was not under the influence of alcohol as well, so i remember the incident & the details quite well....

they are ars symptoms but they are also symptoms that can happen to anyone for a variety of reasons.
hiv is transmitted from a blood to blood contact.
it is pretty rare for it
to be passed on from oral sex
and on top of that you don't know if the person was infected to begin with.
if your convinced you have it go get a test and find out for sure
from what you have said here, i doubt you have it.

well i'm not trying to push & say i have it...Based on some of the reading i did on the internet i'm pretty much relaxed that i don't have a grave risk, but it's the presence of these symptoms that caused the worry.....

So you'd say there won't be any testing required with ref to this event & i can just move on without worrying too much that i had a risk ???

& Just one more thing................

After i reached a climax......she wiped off my penile region with a tissue.....& her hands did some some of her saliva on it from the condom, if that did come in contact with my semen as it was coming out from my penis, could it coz re-infection into me.....( & as i said i'm not sure it had any blood mixed with it, as the room was pretty dimly lit up)

would you think this would pose any risk???? Just checking.......

there is nothing you have said that would make me say you were at any high risk from that encounter.
they are all very low to no risk events.
you cannot diagnose hiv thru symptoms and to do so is foolish and
a waste of time and energy. so stop the reading about them, you are only beating up your mind for no reason.
all its doing is make your mind think the worst...
there is hiv present in saliva and semen but not enough of it to be able to infect someone from it. then was this ingested? all of this is outside of your body, hiv cannot jump thru your skin.
like i said before
if you have any doubt or doubts go get tested.
that is the only surefire way to know if you have it or not.
