This may seem strange but I have a question regarding herpes and salon bikini waxes. Is it possible to get it from an unclean salon? I had my first bikini wax and that same week, I experienced bumps and discomfort inside the 'v' area. I became alarmed immediately as I have never experienced a problem in that area. Has anyone else experienced this? I know that you do not usually get it from inanimate objects unless heat and moisture are sustaining the virus = bikini wax??!! Is it possible? I am perplexed. Please help.
