A close friend of mine confessed to me today that she had stopped eating for the past 3 weeks so that she could lose weight. She stated that shes being drinking water and just excercising. I didnt think nothing of it until i relised why she was losing weight so fast. In 3 weeks shes lost <a lot of weight>, in my opinion i think is really bad for her health. I have tried to offer support with her weightloss but in a healthy way by eating 6 meals per day.

She said once she lost all the weight she wants to that she will end up eating regular meals, but i was thinking that if she was to continue not eating like this that she would end up with anorexia or may possibly already have it.. Ive talked to her about talking to a doctor but not shes just not interested.

Oh sweetie, I think she already has anorexia. Or something similar. I know you're in a really awful position now, and I'm not sure exactly what I can say to help you. If there is anything you want to talk about, though, I'm happy to listen and try to help if I can. Without knowing her or her situation, though, I don't really know what to say... I'm sorry.
