I have a sort of rash on my left foot by my big toe. It's peeling, red and SUPER itchy. I've had athlete's foot before and I think this could be it again. Is there anything I can do at home rather than see a doctor? My mom said something about Absorbine JR (some sort of green liquid rub).

Yes, they sell treatments for that in the drugstore. You're supposed to put it on twice a day for a month, usually. Keeping your socks dry and wearing breathable shoes will help keep it from coming back.
