I wonder if anyone can help, I feel so alone, my mum recently died of aids and I am having so much trouble coping with it, I was hoping someone could either help me or has got a support group I could get in touch with cause I'm falling apart quickly with grief.

i had one of my parents die,but not to aids
it wasn't a very easy time for me and i didn't handle too well when it happened
the only thing i can say is to stay strong,
time is the only thing that really helped me
