Okay so I'm pretty sure this is a silly question, but I am a HUGE worrywart and I would really, really like an answer to ease my anxiety-do I have a risk of HIV?! Here are the two events I am concerned with-

FIRST EVENT- So I'm pretty sure you can't get HIV from making out. But I need to make sure. I made out with this guy for like an hour straight, a lot of agressive making out so there was a lot of saliva involved. I found out later he used to be in drugs and all this stuff. So it really freaked me out. I also gave him a handjob and he fingered me...I ended up getting a rash on my arms the next day, not sure if it was related but it kind of freaked me out.

SECOND EVENT-Okay so I got an HIV test around a month after this event, but I'm not sure how long HIV takes to show up? It came out negative. This time I was kind of sitting without any clothes on a guys lap...and was kind of rubbing against his member umm yeah....sorry for all the details :( He wasn't wearin g any underwear. I know that HIV cannot be spread through clothes, but I'm afraid some of his fluids may have came inside me while doing this, I'm concerned my underwear may have slided or something exposing me completely and getting his fluids all inside me?..ALSO, I put my mouth on his "member.." I was about to perform oral sex but almost immediately changed my mind, I may have swallowed a TINY TINY bit of fluid if even any at all is this a threat?!

THANK you so much!

I can definatley understand your concern, but you are most likely ok. You would have had to have intercourse to catch HIV or other STDs from him. However, lets say you gave someone oral sex and you have an open sore in your mouth or he has one on his penis, THEN there would be cause for concern. Because that would mean that his fluids entered your bloodstream. My advice: Avoid oral sex, and ALWAYS use a condom.
