Hi all, I posted here a few weeks prior to my bunion surgery (7/23/07) and for a few weeks after that. I lost touch with the boards as things seemed to be getting better. I had my final post op apt about 3 months post op. My dr said things look perfect, xrays were perfect and gave me the go ahead to do what I felt like I could, to basically listen to the pain and take it slow. That was about 6 months ago. Flash forward to today. I started to exercise again onthe eliptical, and was in pain after about 13 minutes and I pushed to 13 minutes. The pain wasnt anything like it was prior to surgery, it was the incision that hurt. Also, if I hit that area it hurts like a %$#@!. I think I remember the dr sayig it could be close to a year and then some to feel 100% again. Is that right?

Any suggestions of cardio exercises I can do without killing my foot?

Thank you
Amy
