Hi,

A friend of mine has a bulging vein in between her forearm and upper arm in the area blood would be drawn except it was there before she had blood drawn, now the area is discolored and her arm is stiff and her fingers feel tingly. The area is also red and she is having back pain as well. She has an appt monday but I worried for her and think she should see someone today. Any thoughts??

I have the same exact problem. I think the vein is called the Cephalic Vein.
I have been going to the accupuncturist, but i am not seeing any reselts.
I have been getting frequent headaches, I don't know if it has any correlation.
My hand also feels tingly, and the vein protrudes out when my arm is fully extended.
If you figure out was this is, please respond asap.
thanks
