I am new to the boards. I thought since I am waiting and obsessing maybe I should do it with others waiting. I am on my 3rd tww, everymonth I find myself "just knowing" I had pg signs. This time I am trying not to get my hopes up. So far whats different this month is I had a bad af cramp 3 dpo, very sore bbs, lots of creamy cm, and bloating. I am only 5 dpo, I hate the waiting game!! Good luck to all!

Hey there! I am on my 2WW as well. I am only 1-2 days post ovulation. I am in the same boat w/ symptoms, but I know there is no way I am feeling it this soon. I am really crampy and have sore nipples. This is my first month to try. I have an almost 2 year old and just went off bc to try again. I wish you luck. Maybe we will both get our BFP this month! Another few days and your symptoms will get a little stronger if your preggers. Try not to think about it, I know I am having a hard time keeping my mind off of it as well.:)

Thanks. I haven't had too many more signs. My bbs are very sore, it hurts to take them out of my bra and to lay on them. I have had very creamy cm. Just a bit of cramping. This is different than the last two months, I felt sick and all the other signs you can have. Not this month, maybe I am or maybe I am trying not to create the signs? I am now 7 dpo.

on my 2ww too.. 6dpo. isn't it too early to be feeling possible signs of pregnancy? i have the periodic nausea, and my actual breasts are tender -- for lack fo a better term, the "chunk" is sore..
i'm sick of my body playing tricks, i've had every symptom for the past 6 months and i'm still not pregnant.

Has anyone had any luck with the Clear Blue Easy Fertility Monitors? I am going to get one at the end of this cycle but I want to hear some feedback on it. I have a hard time temping and I NEED to know for sure if Im ovulating. So is this a good way to know for sure?

I am now 8dpo and so tempted to test tomorrow morning (9dpo). I know it is really early, but it is possible to get a faint positive. I just think it would be a great mothers day present:) I am driving myself nuts thinking I have symptoms. Aren't we all? I hope this is our month girls!!!! As for you BUSY I am hoping you don't need no stinkin fertility monitor and that this is your cycle. Think positive.;) By the way I don't know about the monitor but I used that same brand except I used the sticks and they worked well for me. Lets keep updating one another until we all get our BFP this week!!! Cindi, looks like you are up to bat first. Let us know girl.

Well I am now on CD 29 af should show anytime. I tested on Friday BFN! I usually start on CD 29 so we will see. I have had great luck with the Clear Blue Easy ovulation test (digital) it doesn't have lines that can be mistaken for a pos. I so wanted to be pregnant on Mother's day. :( If she comes Monday I guess we will start all over again. I wish you girls the best of luck! Please keep me posted.

all of you ladies put out such positive feed back. it makes me feel like there's still hope out there!! i got a BFN on mothers day, but it's still to early for me. i have all of us TTC'ers in my prayers, and may god bless us all with happy and healthy bundles of joys THIS MONTH ;) i myself am re-testing again in a few days, symptoms are only getting stronger...

I am really hopeful though, as I do have alot of symptoms. I am not going to test again for several days. Good luck everyone. :)

I am in my TWW as well. This is our fourth month TTC, and it's so true that every month you are sure "this is it!" then when you aren't it's so disappointing. I was using a OPK since my flow is irregular and I o'd on 4/29 in the morning (I felt O pain). Hubby and I didn't BD that night, but did the night before. I am 13 DPO and usually start af on day 14. I haven't really had any symptoms this month except some cramping (doesn't really feel like af but more sharp), and I've been HUNGRY for the past week, but I usually get that before AF so I didn't read too much into it. Today I was SO tired that I had to take a nap, which I never do. And even after that I've been so tired all day. Again, could be PMS? My bbs look bigger but aren't sore. I feel like AF is coming....like something is leaking out (TMI). I keep going to the restroom to see if she's here and nothing sofar. I'm trying not to get my hopes up again, and I refuse to test until I'm at least a day or two late. Getting a BFN is worse to me than AF showing for some reason. So now I guess it's just a waiting game now.....again! I will keep my fingers crossed for all of you! Babydust :)

Thank you all! This month I didn't have many symptoms like the "made up ones". All I had was slight cramping and very sore bbs. Today I am VERY tired. I am crossing everything I can for all of you!

I forgot! This month we used Preseed!! I don't have enought cm so we always have to use something and I had read that other people used it and conceived on the first try! I guess it works?

We used preseed this month as well because I heard the same thing. Hopefully I have as much luck as you did with it! I'm now 14 dpo. Af is due today so I have my fingers, toes, and everything else crossed that she doesn't show up.

Preseed is a sperm-safe lubricant. It helps if you don't have very much cm. You can get it online from different ttc websites.

Well I am now 12dpo and I couldn't resist the urge to test early and I POAS. Well, it was a BFN of course, so I was really dissapointed but then 1 hr later I had to use the bathroom and I had pink cm. Just a little. So I hope what I saw was implantation bleeding. Could it be? Its not too late for that is it? Wish me luck.

TMI alert....... Well, I have still had what I believe to be implantation bleeding. I have a lot of clear CM and first thing this a.m. after my BFN was pink CM (like fresh blood mixed). Then when I went to bathroom at lunch there was still a lot of clear CM and some brown-tinged pieces (like old blood). It is scant in amount so I hope I don't have anymore, or else it will make me think AF is coming. I remember when I was pregnant w/ my 1st child I had lots and lots of CM all of the time throughout my pregnancy. I felt wet all the time like I peed my pants. LOL. So I hope this is a good sign. I know I should wait until at least 2 days to let HCG build up (if it is indeed implantation going on) but I know I will not be able to fight the urge to POAS in hopes of seeing something faint tomorrow a.m. I am a POAS-aholic! How is everyone else doing? What day are ya'll on? Keep me updated. I live for these posts.:)

question for you ladies... I am 6 dpo, poas today BFN of course. I am having cramps like no tomorrow, and tons of sleepiness... anyone else experience those really early on and got a BFP??? OH not to mention the BLOAT!!!!! I normally don't bloat until 3 days before AF so for it to be almost a week and a half before AF kind of has me wondering. Thanks! Sticky dust and baby dust to all!

I am 13dpo and POAS this morning. I know, I know but I just couldnt fight the urge. It was a BFN. I am hoping that truly was implantation bleeding yesterday,(havent had anymore) and today I am cramping alot and having gas pains. LOL. I hope that is a good sign. I have read and heard a lot of women say they were positive AF was coming any second due to the cramps and then got a BFP. I guess because there are changes going on in there with the baby. Well AndreanChris I also felt really bloated early on and have been taking a nap everyday w/ my 2 year old every since about 5-6 dpo. I also had tender bbs but I think it was still from ovulating, cuz now they have let up. If my calculations are correct and I'm right about IB yesterday, then it will be at least tomorrow, maybe longer until the Hcg is strong enough to show up in my urine. I have wasted sooo many hpt's and this is only the first month.

I am the opposite....I've become a POAS-phobic! I am now 16 dpo, and I should have seen AF at 14 days. I'm still not getting my hopes up, just because I have been disappointed for the last four months and it's getting harder every time. No real PG symptoms. I've had cramps for the past week though and was sure AF was coming, but this morning I haven't had any cramps yet. So I guess if I don't start by tomorrow I will take a test. I just don't want that BFN! So devastating! Good luck to everybody and I hope we all get our BFPs soon!

Well after my last post, 2 hrs ago AF came. I thought there was still some hope because at first it was watery w/ no clots etc, like a period, but then it came full force. I am so dissapointed, I was so sure I felt pregnant. I should have known I couldn't be so lucky. I had a chemical pregnancy the first month I tried to concieve my daughter, waited two months and then conceived. I guess I am on to the next month. CD 1 here I am! I am still crossing my fingers and toes for all of you still waiting. Keep me updated so I know who is with me, but I hope you ALL move on to the pregnancy board. This time next month I will NOT be testing until I am at least 1 day late for my period. I am recovered from POAS-aholic and now am a POAS-aphobic.;)

Well, today I head to the doctors. I'm about 10-13dpo (I lost count.. SHAME SHAME!!!) I can't stand the bloating, and the nausea - morning to night, the food/smell aversions.. I had similar symptoms a few months ago, but they were not as severe but had them for 2 months, then just disappeared, my doctor thinks either 1, m/c or 2, gall bladder disease. But the nausea I had a few months ago was more of a heartburn deal. This is full on nausea. I feel like I'm 8 months pregnant, it's how bloated I feel. I did a hpt last weekend and got a BFN, so hopefully the doctor can get some answers for me, although I'll probably have to wait until Sat or Mon for them. Please send me lots of good wishes.. :angel:

Amanda26 - I'm so sorry! That damn AF. I still have no sign of her today so I'm getting a little more hopeful....but still not getting my hopes up too high. I do feel different today. BBS are a bit bigger but not sore. They do feel a little sensitive though. Bad low back ache, which I've had for about a week but figured it might be just AF coming. Other than that....no real 'for sure' symptoms. I guess I will go get a test in the AM and see. I just don't want that BFN again. Ugh! My first baby was an "oops" and I never knew TTC would be so damn stressful!

Hi, I'm new here as well. Well we tried last year and then gave up, so just starting to try again this year. It is such a head wrecker! I am now 7dpo (I think) and really all I have felt is cramping on and off from 3dpo. I thought this was new and ask DH if he'd ever heard of me saying I felt like that before and he said yes, so I really don't think anything is different this month :( How unfair it is that pms symptoms are the exact same as early pregnancy symptoms and supposedly come on the same time!!

Well I just got through testing and got a big fat POSITIVE! I am thrilled beyond belief! I totally can't believe it. This month was the one month that I thought I wasn't pregnant. I even went to the store the other day and bought some tampons cuz I was so sure AF was showing at any moment. Wow. I am on cloud nine right now. I hope you all get yours soon too! Honestly I felt this month more than ever like AF was coming. I had really bad cramps all last week and even went and bought tampons because I thought for sure she was coming. And I was SO bloated. I have also had a really bad back ache in my lower back. Around 13 dpo I was really thirsty for two days. I just kept drinking glass after glass of water and the thirst never went away (I didn't know that was a PG symptom until today). It's still there, but not nearly as bad. My boobs did not get sore, but they did start to look bigger today and yesterday (16/17 DPO). This morning my nipples were really sore! It felt like someone took sandpaper to them or something. Ouch! I have been really tired, and had to take a nap twice this week, which is not normal for me. I also felt the urge to cry several times this week and I didn't know why. I ate biscuits and gravy from the cafeteria at work on 15 dpo and thought I was going to be sick afterward. But I thought it was just bad cafeteria food! None of these symptoms even started until about 13 dpo, but like I said they weren't really that obvious to me at the time. Now looking back I should have known! Oh, and my hubby and I used pre-seed this month. It's a sperm-friendly lubricant that comes in an applicator so you can put it up into the vagina, near the cervix. I noticed my CM wasn't always very fertile looking, and I read a lot of reviews where people said the 1st time they used it they got preggo. I guess it works! Of course the biggest sign of all was that my period never arrived. I waited till today (3 days late) to test just to be sure AF wasn't gonna show up. My test turned positive before I even had a chance to set it down on the counter top! So much for suspense :) So yeah, that's my story and I am so excited. I hope you all have good luck this month. I will keep my fingers crossed!

Thanks for that information Missmeliss, I think I will definitely try and get my hands on that preseed, practically everyone that's using it, is getting their bfp's. I'm now 8dpo and I feel normal really, the cramping I had during the week isn't really there anymore.

Congrats Missmeliss!!!!!! I hope everything goes well this pregnancy! I know, we spend so many years trying not to get pregnant and POAS and hoping it isn't positive (once when I was 18), and now its all we think about. Life is crazy, huh? I know some people get pregnant when they are ON bc, but I have been off it for a month and I think that since I had the chemical pregnancy the first time I ttc and was unable to conceive this month (as an otherwise healthy, 26 year old) that maybe it takes an extra period or so for my lining to rid itself of the hormones. I know they say its out of your system each day, but everyone is different and I know my body and I was really feeling pregnant, so I think maybe it was another chemical pregnancy. Who knows, who cares. I would rather wait another month and have a healthy baby in 9 more months anyway. COOKIEMUNSTER65- Good luck and let us know what happens. Praying for you.

I have another suggestion aside from the preseed....there is a really great book called "taking charge of your fertility" that I think every woman should read. It has so much useful info in it and it cleared up SO many questions I had about my body, my cycle, and how to get preggers!

Thanks missmeliss, I think I will get that book, anything that will help. I'm now 10dpo and I just feel normal really. My bbs are sore, but that's normal at CD24 for me, so really don't feel different at all, I don't think this will be my month. So I'll just get armed and ready for the next one. I was minding my two nieces a the weekend, one two and a half year old and one eight month old...made me kinda wish for it more.

well, hopefully this is the lucky board -- but i'm trying not to gynx myself. AF was due to arrive friday. i was averaging every 3 weeks, and if i got back into my monthly schedule, it would have been friday. i went to the doctors on thursday due to the nausea and bloating, yatta yatta yatta, my doctor is a kooke. she gave me prevacid for acid reflux. :confused: she did say there is a possibility of pregnancy, and to make sure i get a BFN on a hpt before i start the prevacid. she said to take it on friday, but i held off, and was going to take one yesterday morning, but held off again -- i'm proud! so, i'm 2 days late for aunt flo, with no signs of her plane arriving. my husband is riding me to take a test, and i'm just weary.. so i'm planning on waiting until wednesday, if i can hold off that long - haha

my patience isn't that good. i gave in and took one last night -- i know, big no no. my pregnant friend - on "whoopsy #2" said she took hers at night and it came up +. my patience ran out (and hpt's were on sale.. WOO HOO).. but, i got a BFN. so, as i'm kicking myself for it, i'll wait until thursday **morning** and test again since today is now 3 days passed the end of my cycle..
i'm trying to keep a positive attitude, but for some reason, even though i'm late, i don't feel like this is my month. my bloating has subsided, and the nausea has gotten better (although still present.) my fingers and toes are cramped from keeping them crossed for so long, and... i fear i'm losing faith... :(

Oh, I'm sorry you feel so bad. Don't loose faith. I don't know your history, how long are you ttc? Keep the faith, as I said in my own post, it ain't over till it's over.

I know what you mean. I've always wanted to be a Mother as well, even though it's quite scary too. Me and DH tried for three months last year and then gave up and now this is my first month ttc this year. Even though it absolutely sends me crazy for the tww, I'm determined to keep trying this time. I never imagined it would be like this either, I thought I'd quite happily go from month to month just know that one of the months it's going to work, but it is hard.
I'm 11dpo now and CD25 and I don't know why, because af cramps are just getting stronger, but I poas this evening and of course bfn. But we have to believe that our turn will come!

This is my 6th month ttc and i am going crazy with all the waiting and hoping that is involved in the process... I fell pregnant with my first 2 by accident (#2 lost to m/c) so i never realised how frustrating it is to try to get pregnant.. its a huge emotional roller coaster and i want off... Anyway like most of you have said every month i think "this is the one" and every month i get BFN after BFN and its so heart breaking... This month however i am having different symptoms to every other month but unfortunately this could just be all in my head... ahhh the power of the desperate mind... This month i have had really sensitive burning nipples which is different for me as my whole boobs usually ache b4 AF so thats one thing and the other is cramps... not like AF and not painfull but there... I spose all there is to do now is more waiting.. i want to try to hold off testing again till the day after AF is due ( If she hasn't shown her ugly face of course) but being a poas addict im sure i won't stick to that ;)... How is everyone else going?

well, aunt flow has officially arrived, and let me just say, she's very angry at me!!! cramps out the WAZOO.. so there's month #3 down the hole. i really thought this was it after being late 3 days.. but.. now we "dance the dance" and play the waiting game, which by far is the worst part of this whole experience. i found myself to be much more patient then i give myself credit for, but in the time you spend waiting, comes the thinking - which i do NOT look forward too. i'll keep checking in on the board to see check up on you ladies, keep me posted, as i wait 2 weeks for the tww. haha

elainee - don't lose hope! I felt this month like AF was on her way....had horrible cramps for 2 days that suddenly went away. Felt bloated and PMS-y and so disappointed! Turns out I was preggers the whole time and didn't even know it. It's so unfair that PMS and pregnancy symptoms are so similar....it screws with our minds terribly. I've found that even after my BFP, the worrying hasn't stopped - there are just different things to worry about now. A lady I work with just recently miscarried at nearly 3 months, so it's got me very paranoid. Just hoping everything goes ok. I have my first appointment today - very exciting! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for all of you ladies - good luck!

so, how should i start my CDays since i was 3 days late? AF came yesterday the 19th, should i just start again from there, so i'd be on CD2? all this mumbo jumbo and counting is still confusing to me!!

Andreanchris, we're exactly the same 12dpo, i tested yesterday and got a bfn and I really really feel like af is on her way, so I'm kinda just hoping she comes early now for my brain rest! and then start again next month. I hope you get your bfp this month, but if not, we'll all be together again for June :)

I feel like AF is going to rear her ugly face too... but then again I prego symptoms. I normally don't get PMS or anything like that until one or two days before AF so I am hoping maybe I am off on my days and I will get a BFP soon.If not it's only our first month trying. So we will try try again next month. Hubby says I am not pregnant but then again he said he might be in denial...he's not looking foward to the lack of sex while pregnant. HAHA> Baby dust to all that are still in need of it!

Well i gave in and tested again this morning (14 DPO) and you guessed it i got another BFN :( I am not due for AF for another 2 days so hopefully it's still too early... but I am starting to feel very negative about this month I read that so many women get there BFP by now... Im even using a EPT so i figure it should show up by now... I have 2 questions for you all...
1) How many DPO did you get your BFP
and
2) what brand of HPT did you use

New here... I am 29 years old and my husband and I have been trying to conceive our first child for nealy a year now. My cycles are very regular at 28 days and typically very heavy for the first day or two. I was suppose to start my cylcle 5 days ago. Yesterday & today I have been experiencing some brown discharge, but no period. I have taken 2 pregnancy tests and they have both been negative(first one after 1 full day of missed and second one after 3 days of missed period). I don't have other pregnancy symptoms (breast tenderness, fatigue etc.) Have any of you experienced this? Could I be pregnant even if the tests keep coming back negative? Is this normal for pregnancy & if I'm not pregnant? After a year I have peed on so many sticks I should own stock in Clear Blue Easy!

Hey Sarah... That does sound weird.. have you done anymore tsets like in the last couple of days? my advice to you would be do another HPT and if its still Negative go see your doctor for a blood test... In my TTC journey i have read many stories of ladies that never got a positive on a home test even after they got a positive blood test... If the blood test comes back negative your doctor will then help you work out whats going on.... good luck

Last test I took was 2 days ago and I was planning on taking another tomorrow. It's just so disappointing to see the big Neg. I'll keep you posted. Good luck on your journey. :)

Sarah- I know what you mean about seeing that one lonely line on your test... your heart just sinks into your stomach... Being a poas addict i have seen a few too many for my likings... i hope your test is BFP tomorrow.. good luck..

I waited until 17 dpo before POAS - I was due for AF at 14 dpo. I don't know how I held out so long. It was really hard, but like I said, I was so sure AF was showing anytime that I was sure it would be a BFN. So strange to see that little plus sign :)

Oh yeah, you can buy pregancy tests really cheap online. Like 10 bucks for 5 of 'em....you might try that so you don't go broke! OPKs too. That's what I did.

Yeah i have ordered heaps of online tests but i am not sure about their reputation... I am due for AF either tomorrow or the day after (im irregular so its hard to say) and i have no cm ... by none i mean when i wipe i get nothing... although when i do an internal examination i get a little bit of creamy white stuff but hardley any... are you meant to dry up before AF or get more? i usually get more hopefully this isa sign... fingers crossed..;)

Man am I confused or what! I read on another site today, that mid cycle pain can mean either o has happened or that it happens before o. That has totally thrown me off. We BD on CD13, then I got O pain on CD14 so felt happy we had it covered, so took a break from BD, but now with my new information it would appear possibly o didn't happen until maybe CD15, 16 or 17, so unless they are super swimmers and survivors, I doubt very much now if this is my month and I haven't a clue what dpo I am. I'm definitely getting that book for the next cycle, so I might have a clue what's going on. Still feel very much like af is coming and I'm now on CD 27 and I'd be expecting AF from today until CD31. Feel so much like she's coming I've been wearing a pad for the past three days!

AF was supposed to be here 6 days ago...took my 3rd test this morning and another BFN. I have a doctors appointment scheduled next week with a gyno my friend went to. She said the doctor gave her an untrasound as soon as he found out she was TTC and was able to locate her ovaries and noticed it was about to release an egg. Told her to go home and spend some "quality time" with her hubby and he would see her back in 6 weeks. He was right on. Hope this miracle worker can see whats going on inside me! If this doesn't work I will have to inquire about the ovulation booster pills. - Anyone have any experience with these? Seems like I have been TTC forever and the closest I get to babies are all the announcements and baby shower invites in the mail from friends/family.

that's the truth.. i have 4 baby showers to go to within the next 2 months, 1 of which will be my godson. doesnt it just feel like absolutely everyone in the world is pregnant except us?? i'm PMSing very very bad today, i've been yelling and screaming at everyone, due to thinking it would finally be my time. i just keep getting so angry at myself for getting my hopes up, even though in the back of my head i knew i wasnt. i'm just extremely emotional today, just looking for some encouragement from somewhere since DH is not being a "model" husband today.. :(

I am sure eventually our time will come. Waiting is very frustrating & deflating though... Look at it this way, by the time we get a BFP all pregnant friends & relatives will have already gone through all the steps so they'll be great resources for advice. Since they started early, they are going at it blind ;)

Oh dear, we're all a bit discouraged today. Me too, Cookie I'm totally with you being annoyed at yourself for thinking maybe this is it when you know deep down full well it isn't. I'm still at that point, af is literally just about to arrive, but I'm still wrecking my head thinking "oh maybe" when I really do know, this is not my month :( but as I said at the start of the week, it aint over till the fat lady sings, I suppose that still stands, even though I can hear her humming :)

Well i went to the loo last night (14 DPO) and when i wiped i got one perfect little drop of red blood and also some brown streaks through my cm on the tp... I was sure AF was here and i broke down then and there... I can't believe how upset i get everytime... and im exactly like you ladies I get so so so mad at myself every month for getting my hopes up, you would think after 6 months of the same thing i would have learned by now... Anyway this morning i woke up and went to the bathroom expecting to see AF there in all her glory and nudda... still a bit of brownish cm when i wipe but thats it... Implantation bleeding ?????? or AF taunting me like the witch she is??????? i guess time will tell... Ah well back to the drawing board...:( I know you ladies are right though our time will come and when it does we will appreciate and enjoy it so much more then those who only have to think about having a baby and thry get pregnant...
